Bureau Veritas acquires Inspectorate: a major step forward in its strategy to become the global leader
Bureau Veritas announces it has signed an agreement with UK-based company Inspicio to acquire its subsidiary Inspectorate for £450 million. The transaction is expected to be completed during Q3 2010, upon clearance from the relevant competition authorities.
