Our commitment to quality is reflected in our commitment to our customers. Our policy is to fully satisfy the requirements of all our customers. Because these may differ markedly we have chosen as our model system the international standard, which is accepted in over eighty countries, AS/NZS ISO 9001-2000.

Our system is based on controls of operational techniques and activities that enable each person to be responsible for the quality of their work, with a system for producing evidence that all work requirements have been met. This evidence is in a form that complies with international standards and can be audited against those standards by a third party.

It is possible that particular customer requirements may not be able to be met by AS/NZS ISO 9001. In such cases a quality plan to meet the requirements is drawn up to supplement the system.

We encourage customers to tour our laboratories and assess for themselves the genuine commitment we have towards quality.
